Pregame strategy for this one is come out with a nice big chunk of wall balls and settle into some smaller sets. I think If your goal is sub 6 you need to bang out 50-55 in first 2 minutes which leaves some rest and then clear 100 in the remaining 4 minutes. I would say 35-40,25,20,15. Its going to hurt a little bit. Lets see what happens.
The double unders might be harder than expected especially cause the shoulders will be fried. If you have been doing crossfit for over 2 years your shoulders should be able to take it. If not then do your best. Break up in short sets and keep moving.
The muscle up plan will be to single out a few to start and then pump out some doubles and triples if the muscles comply.
I cant wait to see what happens with this one. Not sure if I plan on doing it again.
