    Did first 9's unbroken. Nice. Coming off a good week. Hit some good marks in my benchmarks.
    Afterwards we ran 4x200 on 2:30
    Felt fast. Legs were absolutely crushed after for a bit. Never felt hamstring failure like that. I had to keep moving so as not to lock up. I don't know what happened. Maybe I ran too fast. Maybe?
