So glad I didn't do this one alone. Guido got a second crack at it. DM squirmed his way in and made it a 3some. Shoulders where worked a bit from earlier in the day doing the 531 and assistance work. That being said i didn't expect the shut down on the hspus after the wall balls. should have figured such going into this one. When you are in training and in the gym don't worry about outcomes. Figure out how you could put yourself in the most messed up situations and see how you can overcome them. Come time for competition, your work will pay off. My 2 cents
